Do not order from the company. They are very unreliable. I placed an order with them, and they send me an email saying that they received the order and it’s being processed. 7 Days later, no product. When I finally managed to get an update on their site, it said my order was cancelled. I was not informed.
Only way to contact them is by email, which they say take at least 2 days before they will get back to me. There is no customer service number to call either.
I agree with Phil. Don’t order from this company. They ripped me off. I placed an order they took the money and I never recieved the product, Or a refund. I tried there customer service no responce, tried calling and there was never any answer… left message no call back.. then there phone was turned off…Not a good company.
I’ve ordered from many on line sites for supplements, and this one is easily the WORST! As the other reviews say, their customer service is horrible (though their web page goes on and on about how great it is). I was taken for a $77 order almost 2 months ago. I’ve e-mailed them 4 times…no response, no product, but yes…a charge on my account. Stay away from these morons!
I may put them in the scam section in light of these recent comments.
I placed an order but all Items were back ordered. I waited the time they said it would take to get these items in, and they still were not in. I was given an option to wait longer or cancel my order and get my money back. I canceled my order and was told that I would be credited my 80.00. Never was credited my money. I emailed them and they said they would check into it.Still never got my money and now the don’t answer my e mails. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
Ordered a product over three months ago and can not contact anyone at all for a refund. phone numbers given are phony. Get no e-mail responses. Would sure like to personally go to their store and kick their asses for being a rip off scam.
